Frozone is a well related son of Frosted whose 87 winners in Australia include the exciting two-year-old Bustling (the Gr.3, Gr.3 and Listed winning Perth galloper now in the Mick Price & Michael Kent Jnr stable) and the Group winners Ingratiating and Cloudy as well as the Listed winner Arctic Glamour.
Frozone is bred on a Frosted/Woodman cross and what a great strike rate this pedigree has - 13 of Frosted's 17 runners (an excellent 76.5%) out of mares with a Woodman strain being winners including the Gr.3 winner Frost Point and the Listed winner Frosted Departure.
Frosted also does a great job with this fellow's second dam sire Nureyev with stakes winners in both hemisphere bred on that cross.
Frozone is a son of the proven broodmare Clever Clogs who has been so well represented by eight winners from ten foals to race including the Macau based dual stakes winner Golden Gunner and the stakes placed 11 times winner Danpaoshaq.
Clever Clogs' progeny certainly know how to find the line, between them winning 39 races. Her seven and four-year-olds are still racing well with more wins to come!
Clever Clogs is a full sister to the city winner Miss Tinkerbell and half-sister to another five winners including the metropolitan winner Les Sylphides. Her dam Dancing Viking by the great Nureyev is a half-sister to the dual stakes winner Sealaunch from a high class international family.
